Justice Minister to consider proposal to set up state-sanctioned cannabis stores in Copenhagen

The Copenhagen City Council’s plan to set up shops selling cannabis as a way to remove the market from the control of gangs is not likely to be embraced enthusiastically in parliament, according to a Conservative Party politician.

Aus Nordrhein-Westfalen (Städte Region Aachen) wurde der Fall eines 42-jährigen Mannes übermittelt, der am 13.12.2009 an den Folgen von kutanem Milzbrand verstorben ist. Der Mann hatte sich vermutlich Heroin intravenös in die Kniekehle injiziert. Im Wundabstrich von der Injektionsstelle wurden aerobe Sporenbildner diagnostiziert. Die Verdachtsdiagnose Milzbrand wurde am 18.12.2009 mittels PCR bestätigt. Neben einem chronischen intravenösen Drogenabusus lagen bei dem Verstorbenen eine chronische Hepatitis B und C, eine HIV-Infektion sowie ein chronischer Alkohol- und Benzodiazepinabusus vor.
