A federal judge in Michigan has heard arguments in the case of a medical marijuana user claiming a Walmart store wrongfully fired him after testing positive for the drug.

U.S. District Judge Robert Jonker in Grand Rapids is considering a motion by attorneys representing Joseph Casias to move the case to back state court and Wal-Mart Stores Inc.'s motion to dismiss the case.

A gang of alleged drug dealers have been caught after they were photographed at work by the Google Street View car.

The gang were selling heroin and marijuana outside a grocery store in Brooklyn, New York, when the Google driver went past and inadvertently took their picture.

The street corner where they worked was then put under surveillance and after watching them ply their trade police have now made six arrests.

The four crew of a Dutch fishing boat have been arrested

A Dutch registered fishing boat, with four crew on board, was intercepted by the Spanish customs authorities 120 miles off the Cádiz coast in international waters on Thursday afternoon. Permission for the action had been obtained from the Dutch authorities.

Once aboard, customs confirmed the vessel was transporting more than 20,000 kilos of hashish, and was escorted Friday into Cádiz port.
