It's a miracle—Poland has banned designer drugs! This really is very clever, since no other country in the world has managed to pass a logically impossible law. If I was a very cynical person, I might suggest this was all meaningless political hand waving designed to make it look like the government is doing something usefully while the country's real problems remain untouched. Next week I expect to hear that miserable weather in November has also been banned by a vote of 456 to 1 and three abstentions.
