Karima Menad, a 26 year old model -turned- prostitute says that Clooney's girlfriend did the drug twice that night while partying in the nightclub. Menad's testimony has allowed the authorities to hold the owners of the night club under house arrest and shut the nightclub down while investigating the drug charges.

Federal agents and Bexar County sheriff's deputies, in separate operations beginning Saturday, have seized at least $1 million worth of heroin destined for the San Antonio market.

In two of the investigations, the Bexar County Sheriff's narcotics unit arrested four people Tuesday and seized more than $320,000 worth of heroin and cocaine, officials said.
